• Items purchased during our Wabi Sabi Sale, Anniversary Sale, Diwali Sale, or Saigo Sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

  If a customer wishes to exchange an item for a different size or design from any of these sale offers, the following terms apply:

  1) A reverse pickup and reshipping fee will be charged, based on the customer's pincode.

  2) Alternatively, customers may choose to self-ship the item to us at their own cost. In that case, only the reshipping fee (also determined by pincode) will be applicable.

• Please refer to the size chart before placing your order to ensure a proper fit.
• To make shopping easier, you can filter products by size, and a size chart is available for your reference.
• In case of any defects, wrong product deliveries, or missing items, please contact our customer care team at hello@midorii.in or +91-9226512910 within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
