Refund policy
MIDORI’s Return and Exchange Policy:
Exchange Policy: If your MIDORii sandals don't quite fit, no worries. You can exchange them within 7 days from the day of receipt, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging.
Refund Policy: Instead of a refund, we'll issue a credit note equal to the item's value, valid for 6 months for future purchases.

Reverse Pickup Timeline: Reverse pickups are handled by third-party logistics partners and may take approximately 5–10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National/Gazetted holidays) to be completed.
Quality Assurance: Every return undergoes a check. If it passes, we'll process an exchange or issue a credit note. If not, we'll send it back to you (with re-shipping charges).
Return Shipping: We cover the return shipping cost for one exchange per order.
If a customer requests more than one exchange for the same order — whether for a different size or design — the following terms will apply:
- Reverse pickup and reshipping charges will be applicable and may vary based on the delivery pincode.
- Alternatively, customers may choose to self-ship the item back to us at their own cost. In this case, only the reshipping charge (as per pincode) will be applicable.
COD Charges: Cash on Delivery handling charges are non-refundable.
Pickup and Delivery Coordination: Make sure your exchange item is ready for pickup at your delivery address. We’ll handle the rest.
Non-returnable Items: Sale items can't be returned or exchanged.
Factory Damages: If your item arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours with photos. We'll sort out an exchange ASAP.
Return and Exchanges from Out-of-Service Areas: If your pincode falls under a non-serviceable pincode, please read the following.
• Ship your returns using a reliable courier service with tracking controls.
• We offer an extended 14-day return window for out-of-service areas.
• Once we get your item in its original condition, we'll issue a credit note valid for 6 months.
• Exchange Limitations: Due to stock availability and processing times, exchanges may take a bit longer for out-of-service area locations.
Reimbursement: We'll take care of the return shipping cost reimbursement for customers sending items from out-of-service areas. Just send us the courier receipt to customer support.
