At MIDORii, we are committed to delivering your chosen sandals with speed and care. Here’s our promise to you:
Free Standard Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all prepaid orders. Expect your new sandals to arrive within 7-10 business days [Saturdays, Sundays, and National/Gazetted Holidays not included].
Multi-Pair Orders & Sustainability (not for sale items): To reduce our carbon footprint and avoid the hassle of multiple exchanges, we process multi-pair orders in stages. We will ship the first pair initially for size confirmation. Once you confirm the fit, we will immediately dispatch the remaining pairs.
Please note: If we do not receive feedback within 24 hours of delivery, we will assume the fit is correct. To ensure your order is not delayed further, we will automatically dispatch your remaining pairs on the next business day.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Shop with ease using our COD service.
- Pay Rs.150 as handling charges per order and only pay when your MIDORii sandals are delivered to your doorstep.
- Upon placing a COD order, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the order. If you're unreachable after two attempts, the order will be cancelled.
- Our courier will also reach out before delivery. We will make three attempts to deliver; if these fail due to unattended calls or absence at the delivery address, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Ensure your availability to enjoy a seamless and secure shopping experience with MIDORii.
- Cash on Delivery handling charges are non-refundable in case of an exchange
To confirm COD orders and reduce fake or fraudulent bookings, we charge a 10% of order value as COD confirmation amount at the time of placing a Cash on Delivery order.
- This amount is non-refundable.
- The amount will be adjusted in your final order amount when you receive the product.
- This helps us ensure genuine orders and faster, smoother deliveries for all customers.
Tracking Your Order: Once dispatched, we will provide a tracking number so you can follow your sandals’ journey to your doorstep.
Festival & Holiday Shipping Notice: During national holidays and festive periods, we anticipate delays due to high courier demand and reduced operational days. Please allow extra time for your MIDORii sandals to arrive. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible during these peak times.
Out-of-Delivery Area Pincodes: For addresses outside our standard service areas, MIDORii is pleased to offer delivery via Speed Post. While this option ensures your order will reach you, please note that delivery times will be longer than usual.
