If a customer requests more than one exchange for the same order — whether for a different size or design — the following terms will apply:

Reverse pickup and reshipping charges will be applicable and may vary based on the delivery pincode.

Alternatively, customers may choose to self-ship the item back to us at their own cost. In this case, only the reshipping charge (as per pincode) will be applicable.

Customers will be issued a credit note valid for six months; cash refunds are not available.
